Dell folder opening at startup problem

The Dell folder that is opening contains the folders Help and Support Customization, SolutionCenter and SystemProfiler. ( I have XP, Dell Dimension 4300 ) This problem never occurred until today, immediately after I installed new software for my new Casio point and shoot camera.  I uploaded pictures from the memory card to my computer from the Casio camera dock.  After installing software, I was instructed to restart computer for changes to take effect, it was then that the folder first popped open.  It is occurring on all three user accounts.  I uninstalled all the Casio, Photo Loader, Photohands, Ulead Movie wizard software I just installed.  I did not delete the PDF manuals.  I did a search and found an Alladin Stuff-it file (CASIO_LANDING_ENU.EX0-0) which I deleted manually. The Dell file folder is still opening when you get to each user's desktop at start-up.  Two weeks ago I got a new Dell Photo 964 printer but this never occurred until today.  The only other change that I made was I went to Windows Media Player and it was not available until I installed the Windows Media Player 10.  These are the only changes to my system.  Anyone have a solution to this problem? I have only posted on here once before (Nvidia driver update) and Denny helped me with that problem and I still have not had to update that driver.  Denny if you have any ideas on this one please let me know.
