I/We state that I/we want to participate in Tender/BID on GeM portal for sale in Dell Technologies Products in the name of M/s B Maa Bolla Enterprise.

I/We state and declare that M/s. Maa Bolla Enterprise has requested from the principal company or OEM/Manufacturer to issue an authorization letter for participation in the tender/Bid on the GeM portal for High End Desktop Computer, Entry and Mild Laptop computer and other Electric Products and Our GeM Id: IRCY260014466063

I/we state and declare that the supply of product strictly as per specification and terms & conditions mentioned in the Tender/Bid to be received from the GeM portal. The manufacturer/OEM shall not be responsible for any wrong supplies and dealing from our/my side.

I state and declare that I hereby undertake to keep indemnified to the OEM/manufacturer against loss, damage, and cost, I/We am/are solely responsible for the same.

I/We am/are giving this undertaking to state the above-said fact and to submit the same before the concerned authority.

Whatever stated hereinabove is true and correct to the best of my/our knowledge and belief.
