Hi.  Earthlink toolbar is a hindrance to an internet site I use for work.  I've tried to uninstall it, but it isn't in the program files!  I think I've deleted it, but Windows Installer keeps trying to configure it on startup and anytime I click to a new internet site.  And, it's still blocking my internet site.   How can I stop this and be sure Earthlink toolbar is gone for good?
