Remote Machine Unavailable??How do i connect again?

Ok so i got it working this morning i decided to close down all the wyse program and the server. Im trying to connect again but it says Remote machine unavailable The remote machine you are trying to connect to is offline and unavailable how do i fix that? Also how can i connect again when i try to open up open up TightVNC Control Interference it says Failed to connect to TightVNC.
