Windows ICS?
How come I can't enable Windows ICS in my Truemobile 1184 connection? Is this theat way for everyone else?

I don't understand your question. The TM 1184 is a router that is used to share an internet connection. ICS is Internet Connection software that runs under Windows on a computers, not a router. With a router ICS should not be used because the internet connection is shared through the router. Please explain what you are trying to do.
