I hope this is the right place to post.

So I am honestly at my wits end and I just dont know what to do anymore.

 

For Starters, I have an Alienware Dell PC.

AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8- Core Processor

AMD Radeon RX 5700

16 GB Memory

256 GB SSD/ 1 TB Storage

Touch

 

So today morning I did a gravious mistake and decided to update my drivers through CCleaner.

And since then, my windows is broken.

This shows through:

- I cannot open many applications anymore (Like Steam or musicbee)

- I cannot access the Harddrive. Sometimes it works and I can enter it, but then it shows only some of the files , and when I try to move or copy something, the PC stops responding, forcing me to plug it out

- Windows also stops responing when I enter the recycle bin

- Restarting itself does not work, it says "Please Wait" and nothing happens.

- I cannot enter safe mode

- After some time all the folder on Explorer disappear, but they usually reappear when I start the PC anew.

 

I already tried reverting the drivers through CCleaner, but the problems remain.

Sadly I do not have a system restore.

 

Please help me, I really don´t want to lose my files, and I need to work on the PC asap.
