I am one of your customer i purchased dell laptop on 01-05-2022, from one of your authorized dealer and while doing payment they ensure me that i will receive cashback through no cost emi scheme as told by your dealer the amount is near about 1700 to 2000 after three month of purchase . but yet i didn't received that amount my product specifications are 3511 (I) I3/11th/8gb/256ssd/W-11/ mso/black,  payment was by RBL bank credit card. kindly help us on receiving cashback amount.
