Returned Delivery?
Why can I not get my new computer delivered? DHL tell me today that they have returned the package to Dell. DHL have failed to respond to an updated delivery address yesterday following the incomplete delivery address they were originally sent by Dell. I could not collect the package from the local DHL depo as they would not release it to me directly. This is a mess and there is no one to speak to that can do anything either at Dell or DHL. Very poor customer service all round! Please can I have my new computer asap!

Please share the order number & name used for verification reasons.
Also let us know if you have been able to get the order or not.
