Aurora R10 Ryzen edition - what GPU?

Hey... Dell support/contact is terrible (no possibility to contact at all)... Hopefully I will get my answer here...

This PC have RTX 3090... Thats all... But what brand? I wanted to us NVLink but without another card I cant do it. But you cant just buy random card... So what is this for gpu then?
