I post it again...

I have a Alienware Aurora R13 and i payed with i-deal for a extension warranty premium support till 2027, 298 Euro.

The payment is allready done but the support page still told me that my warranty is expired within 7 days.

Weird thing is that i also extension my warranty for a Dell curved Monitor through the website with i-deal and that was passed within 3 seconds.

Now i wonder if my lovely Aurora R13 is still got premium support till 2027, or is there something else going on? 

I had a e-mail from Dell Support to upgrade both, but i was in discussion with my daughter about that 117 euro both the monitor and the Aurora R13. 

I payed for that freaky monitor and thats oke, But i still wonder if that 298 Euro till 2027 for my lovely Aurora R13 will passed...its till not visible. Thats weird.

Dear Dell,

A update about my support premium extended.

As you know, i had mail from Teodora Lakova for extended premium support. She was sending me a price for both monitor and pc at 117 euro. Now, i was talking with my daughter and she said why should you do that because there's nothing wrong with your R13. So i was thinking and a couple of weeks later i desided to extend the premium support but online, and thats where it goes completely wrong. The support page asked me which support i want to do so i chose the maximum. 

I really paid 298,82 Euro on March 6 through i-deal, which was confirmed because both Dell and me have the same Bank.

Now...i am allmost a month later and still have warnings on the webside or in the supportassist that my warranty is expired.

Let it sink here for a bit. I mailed back to your so called ''Dell- Team '' Teodora Lakova and said that i paid it with some parameters from banking transfers.

Now, Whole team from Dell who is involved of this because i called dell as well about this nothing has changed.

No employee, team member or a manager contact me while you have my phonenumber as well.

I lost 298,82 Euro because your so called '' Support '' website extend warranty...take a look of that please.
