Dell display manager chromebook

Is there a Dell display manager for chromebooks?

I'm using an windows desktop pc (hdmi) and a chromebook (usb-c) on my Dell monitor U3421WE.

I want to switch between these two (hotkey) or even split screen while using the connected keyboard and mouse for both (Hub)
