I purchased a Dell ins 3593 i3 10th Gen 4gb 1tb with windows 10 on 15-june-2020. At the time of purchase the and initial setup itself the time taken was close to 2 hrs.  Note ...the same model was purchased by a different customer and the setup process was initiated atleast half hour after my laptops setup was initiated and the other laptop setup was completed nearly half hour before my laptop.

I checked with the sales person on the speed of setup and he convinced me that it was because of the internet speed.

However from that day until now.  The laptop has been extremely slow you could compare it with a 20 year old desktop pc's speed.

I have been repeatedly raising this issue with the customer care and they just don't seem to bother or understand the customer.  I had spent Rs.37000/- on this laptop and it just turns out to be a piece of junk.

On 3-aug-2021. I took the laptop to an authorized service centre and to my surprise they informed me that all these model laptops would be slow since it has a 1 tb sata memory and if the customer wants to increase the speed he would need to invest in a 120gb ssd.

My simple question is why should dell install a 1tb sata if they know that it going to be slow.

The authorized service centre is charging me Rs. 3800.  For the 120 gb ssd while the same is available on online stores from Rs.2000 +.

I hope I get a resolution from Dell.
