Dell latitude 5520 and dock wd15 gives network issue

My laptop then switch multiple times a day between wired to wifi and back. Connection is gone for 10 seconds. In the compability list I see it should work. I reinstalled the Realtek network driver from the drivers list of the dock. But it is not resolved. Hope some one can help.
