My OS must be reinstalled. (The OS was deleted.) How can the OS system be installed via a 3.5 floppy for the Dell Latitude? ...or how can I change the setup utility to install the OS from a CD for the Dell Latitude? (I can change the setup utility to boot from the 3.5 floppy...but not the CD drive.)
