I recently downloaded the new IE 7.0 and I am having a hard time accessing a website. I pay my bills online and never had a problem but I cannot for some reason get into verizonwireless.com to access my account or pay my bill. I can sign in okay but the page is blank and on top where the url goes there is a padlock (security report) that shows up. Does anyone know what this is, it only happens on this site and for some reason doesn't allow me to access my account. I don't have this problem with any of my other accounts but would like to know what this security report lock is and what to do about it. I have contacted Verizon and they are able to get into my account no problem so it's something to do on my end. Any suggestions?
