I have Dimension 4400 Desktop with Windows XP

When started it stops with IRQ_Less_Than_Equal error.

I have not loaded any software/hardware recently.

How could I resolve this problem?

Also how can I disable Bios Cache: I go to Bios, but I do not see any option to disbale Cache.
