On Boot up my pc gets a keyboard error during post.  After booted up where you can select the user to log in, neither the keyboard nor the mouse function.  I've also tried F2 and F12 during boot but the computer does not see the keyboard. 

 

Both keyboard and mouse are USB devices.  I'ver tried other known good keyboard and mouse with the same result. 

 

Any suggestions to get my PC to see my keyboard?
