I'm trying to install SSD on SATA slot

and completely get rid of HDD

i have a laptop that does not have dvd-rom

but i have OS from dell.

is there anyway i can fresh install windows 8.1 on my laptop?

i've done some research and it says i cannot use windows 8.1 iso from microsoft.

it has to be dell version of Windows 8.1.

i'm truly confused
