Wifi Adapter for OptiPlex 3020M

I picked up a used OptiPlex 3020M that came with a single band Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11 bgn wifi card and not the Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac/a/b/g/n wireless half mini card that the service tag claims was sold with the original. As I'm using it in an environment that has only 5 GHz connectivity I'm using a USB DLink AC1200 dual band adapter as a workaround.

But if I find a used Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 half mini card will any of them work properly with this unit and be correctly recognized by the BIOS? Or does Dell use 7260 cards that are somehow modified to be compatible with their computers? It would just be nice to put make the unit's built-in wifi 5 GHz compatible and free up the USB port.

For example, would something like this work? :

Thanks to anyone who can help
