Good afternoon all.

I recently picked up a r610 server without the cpu and memory installed. The previous owner assured me it had functioned correctly, I had no reason to think he would lie. I got a replacement CPU, a xeon 5650 and several 4gb sticks of ddr3 server specific ram. I had gotten everything plugged in, everything fit, worked, and when i tried to power it on, it would turn on only for a second and then immediately turn off. it continues to do this over and over again. Both PSUs seem to be good, everything lights up green but then, again, immediately turns off again. I am a noob to rack mounted servers so any help would be appreciated.
