We have a T610 with Windows 2008 that we want to upgrade to Windows 2016. Cant get an answer on how to purchase it, CD or download . Called Microsoft, wasted an hour plus being shuffled around the Corp. no one was able to help with the upgrade.  Will drop support for 2008 in less than 24 months,
