Can't get the scan or copy functions to work. Printing is fine.

Installed drivers from CD without success.

Un-installed and loaded drivers from website without success.

 

any suggestions?

 

I'm perplexed. These functions worked fine with my previous laptop (inspiron 5100) of the same make and model.
