I know there have been a ton of posts on this but I am still stumped. All of the posts say to download a firmware update. This file, listed as either 1600n_NS_EFS.EXE or sometimes or 1600n-NS_EFIGS.EXE.

At this time, apparently neither of these files still exist on exist on Dell.com or ftp.dell.com/printer. I can find OLD cached google results of when they were on the FTP site, but they're not there now.

Can anyone tell me where I am supposed to get these files to update the firmware now or is the 1600n a "discontinued / no longer supported printer"??? (Its less than a year old!!!)
