When installing "DataSafeLocalBackup" with instructions of  http://dslbdownload.ddsupdate1.com/DSLDownload-fr.html page, step 2 terminate with RPSetup error -107341819. Can you help me ? Thanks.

DataSafeLocalBackup_Basic.exe execution  :
1. Winzip Self Extraction
2. Complete installation of "Dell DataSafe Local Backup" directory into Program Files(x86) by Install Shield Wizard
3. Run RPSetup.exe with /i
Then an error occurs, content of the "Dall DataSafe Local Backup" directory is removed excepted RPSetup.LOG which contains :

- a 1st OEM Partition 102 Mo
- a 2nd RECOVERY Principal Partition 14,65 Go NTSF
- a 3rd OS C: Active System Partrition 451,01 Go

Outside from Hard Disk, a q: logical disk is attached by the system, it is read protected and contains MS Office modules

RPSetup.exe properties :
- Recovery Partition Management V 4.0.18.13.9 last update 20/7/2010 1806 Ko

The Windows Events Console reports the following "Application Error" :
