Dell Migrate not delivered (but paid for)

Bad bad service from Dell. Bought a new Dell g16 with Dell Migrate licence. G16 delivered march 14, but until today still no Dell Migrate.  Contact with support variuous times with no solution.   And they won't refund the licence as i had to migrate the old way.
