I have absolutely no luck using Dell Media Experience software to play DVDs.  They will lock up within a few minutes every time.  All my DVDs play fine using Windows Media Player.

 

Is this software really a piece of junk?  I'd like to use it because I like the controls, but it is useless so far to me.
