GX620 SATA 0 HDD Boot Issues?

Anyone know if there's a problem with GX620 SATA-0 drives?
I was imaging a GX620, and ran into a problem with the HDD being detected.
During the boot process I received an error to select F2 to continue or F12 for setup.
The error was generated because it was unable to locate a boot device.
The default boot devise is the SATA 0 then, PATA 0, then CDROM, USB, NETWORK, etc.
So, has anyone else seen this issue?

This has happened to me twice, two dif. machines.
Basically, I have like 1000 of these PC's to configure and I don't want to monitor all 1000 of them...
I logged into the BIOS changed the boot sequence to have SATA 0 be first to boot from.
I guess if you reset the BIOS to default settings, this will set the USB, CDROM, HDD, NETWORK
as the boot sequence.  I have nothing in the USB or CDROM.
Any suggestions or comments are welcomed.

Thank you -
