Running W10 prof.  I went to run support assist this past weekend.  On one machine I have 3.3.2.46 version and it tells me this is the latest with an 8/31/2019 date so it was probably updated that day.  When I run it, it gets stuck on hardware scan.  On a second machine support assist is not on the list of programs, it has disappeared.  When I go to dell support and ask to check for any updates for drivers, it installs the 3.3.2.46 version of support assist but this does not show up on the applist at start not does it work.  It is on the program list.  

I had problems in April 2019 and a new update version fixed it at some point.  Now no longer working.

This is a good feature when it works. For some reason ever since the major change last year it seems to have snags from time to time, probably (just a guess) after a w10 update..

What should I do to get this working again.  Anyone can help please.
