Has anyone found how to find the VNX hardware inventory (fans, batteries) through the XML API for File 7.1. I can find it through the SMI-S Programmers Guide but cannot find a query request through the VNX XML API for File 7.1 Programmers Guide. The component query request gives me the power (rolling and average), but I'd like to monitor the status of both the batteries and fans. I'm inclined to believe that this is possible as I can find this information through Unisphere (System -> Hardware -> Storage Hardware) and I think Unisphere does not use SMI-S and just the API. Any idea?
