Ever since I restored my computer to factory settings, my control panel has not worked properly. Every time I try to access "Power Options" the images, options, and text don't load, all that appears is a red "x". I couldn't find a way to reinstall the control panel without reinstalling my OS and all of the subcatagories of Power options dont work either. thanks for any help!
