I Tried deleting Temporary Internet files through Internet Options and the Control Panel option to Free up space on your Hardrive, after I noticed their was 132 MB of temporary Internet Files in the above folder. After cleaning up, I still have over 71 MBs of files in that folder.

     Can I safely delete these files in the C:/Documents and Settings/ Owner/ Local Settings/ temporary internet Files/?

  My Internet Connection seems to be slow and I wanted to clean things up. I have run Spybot and adaware and do a weekly scheduled Norton Antivirus scan.
