Hello people,

hope someone can help as I am now going mad with this problem.

 

I have in add/remove programs an icon for microsoft .net framework 1.1 which has no remove facility. 

I have tried uninstalling through various means but to no avail as it keeps asking for a tmp6.tmp file which does not exist anywhere. 

I have also tried re-installing and again it asks for tmp6.tmp.

I have even tried re-installing the framework from the XPSP2 cd - fails in loading.
