I've been experiencing a "problem" at IPL.  I get the Microsoft Copyright screen and then nothing for 15 to 25 minutes.  The hard disk light is flashing but nothing happens.  Then 15 to 20 minutes later the password screen appears.  It's screwy.  I haven't put anything that I know of on the computer.  I've only had it for just over a month.  Also occasionally the IPL hangs up on the Dell logo which tell you what version BIOS is being used.  Strange.  I can get around that by just turning off the computer and restarting it.
