XPS 13 9365 shuts down suddenly now has issues
Hello,
My XPS 9365 suddenly died while I was working and wouldn’t restart. So let it rest for the night and next day did the RTC reset. After that, it starts to boot but goes to the BIOS page with the errors of wrong time of day and Invalid configuration information.
However; setup is showing the correct time. In one of the attempts it showed only the invalid configuration error with saying anything about the time. But I guess after a few tries and resetting to default settings it’s now showing error for time again. Although time is still correct in the system.
Bios on the system is 2.6.2.
I also tried using one-time boot option and getting OS support but after a 500mb download through wifi another screen opens and Windows Boot Manager gives error that something is wrong with windows and also Boot configuration data for the system is either missing or contains some errors.
Please advise. It was working 100% fine until it suddenly died.
thanks!
