If you look at the back view of the unit it looks like it says Inspiron 4000 not 6000??? So maybe they have another model in the works and they messed up on the picture. I like the style more then what is offered with the 600m/8600/51xx type but I would rather have one a little smaller. I do travel with my notebooks. Hopefully they will have a 4000 model that takes the place of the 600m.

Definately agree there.  Also read from other posts that Dell is making their entire laptop line Centrino buy summertime.  Well maybe all except the XPS, cuz the XPS fans might not be too happy with that.

Too bad the inspiron 6000 has integrate graphics. The GMA900 is better than the old intel integrated extreme but its still weak even compared to the Geforce FX5200 in the 5150/5160.
