Well still,  that's not a way to treat your customers.  It should be first come, first served.

You might want to rethink the purchase of that monitor if you have not read the many posts of complaints thus far, many don't like it.

Well, mine got delayed for over a week!  It was supposed to ship today and this morning I got a
message saying:
 
"We have reviewed your order. Although we had anticipated being able to ship your order sooner,
we are experiencing an unexpected delay with your order and will not be able to ship this order and any associated orders until on or before 01-24-2005."

What is the deal here?  I'm gonna try to switch to a 2001FP instead or I'll just cancel.  Every time I've placed an order with Dell it's been delayed.  Sometimes as much as 2 months!

This is insane!

Well, after some complaining, I got my 2005FPW this morning.  I tried t switch to the 2001 but it would've taken even longer.  I got a $100.00 credit back to my credit card and then Dell had the audacity to charge me sales tax in a state that they don't collect tax for.  So I had to get that refunded to me as well.  It will be a long while before I think about even purchasing from Dell again.
