It sounds like you are connecting to one of your neighbors' unsecured wireless network. Although this is not illegal and you cannot be charged for it, it is, in a sense, stealing the broadband signal from your neighbor. If your neighbor finds out, he/she could get pretty mad, but should shoulder part of blame for running an unsecured wireless network.
I thought that might be the case and haven't been using it for that reason. Will wait until i get broadband to go onto the internet. Thanks for clearing that up.

Hi Steve,
