A920 not working

Question

last week my printer was working fine. then it started to print with breaks in the words and faded. i ran all the troublehsooting tests, i cleaned the nozzels, nothing worked, i printed a test page and now the situatuon has become so bad that it shoots out blank pages, i still have most fo the ink in the tanks, what can i do about this.   thanks   dell dimension 4600 p4 2.8 512 120gb

The nozzle cleaning menu is useless for a clogged nozzle. If the carts are not empty, the ink cart. print heads are probably clogged. Remove carts. Soak ink cart. print head in 1/2 inch of hot water for 15-30 min. Blot dry with clean paper towel. re-install. If badly clogged it may take several trys. This cleaning has worked 97% of the time on this forum.
