Are you running the correct resolution for your screen? Many times if you are running a lower resolution a lot it things become blurred, jagged and out of focus. Double check to make sure you are running the correct resolution for your notebook.
I am not sure what else to suggest to you. You might lower your settings from 32-bit High to something lower and see if it makes a difference. You could always try Dell Support, and if that does not work take it back.

Have you installed all of the critical updates for your version of Windows from the Windows update site?

My resolution is 1024x768. The only other choice I have is 800x600. When I switched it to that it got very blurry.
This ONLY happens when I am on the internet. I watched a DVD last night and it was fine.
I am thinking that I am going to have to return this laptop. Does anyone have a 600m that DOES NOT have this problem? Maybe I have a dud.
