Looks like the bottom part of the right bracket that holds the LCD in place. If you take apart the top assembly you should be able to put it back in place.

I just don't want to screw the PC up. That's why I'm reluctant to open the display up.
You either live with the problem, fix it yourself, or pay somebody to fix it. You are not going to hurt anything by removing the front bezel to see what needs to be done, but suit yourself. The forum cannot be of much more help.
