Can I upgrade my Inspiron 8200 to play Matrix Online?

Hi, the minimum requirements for Matrix Online are: Minumum System Specifications Windows WinME, Win2k, WinXP or above 512 MB of RAM Programmable shader (Radeon 8xxx, 9xxx and above, GeForce 3 Ti, 4 Ti and above) DirectX 9 compatible video card with 64 MB VRAM PC with 1.4 gHz CPU DirectX 9 compatible sound card 7 GB available HDD space ATA 100/DMA or faster HD 56.6k modem with internet access Keyboard and mouse But I only have a GeForce 4 440 Go video card. I've already tried the Beta, and basically the world is all gray and blinks a lot... Is it possible to upgrade to a card with 'Programmable Shader'? Thank you!

I don't think there are any DX9 cards for the C-chassis - the two last ones (ATI 9000 and nVidia Quadro 4) are DX8 cards.

DirectX 9 compatible video card with 64 MB VRAM means you dont need a hardware dx9 card to play the game.
The top end is the quadro700 go gl and you can play the game with this card.
Matrix online /planetside /half life2 / Doom3 are all playable

Hey, this is my first post.  I have the same type of question, only mine has to do with a different game, but just about the same requirments.  I have a Dell Inspiron I8200, Pentium 4, 1.80 Ghz CPU, and 512 MB of Ram. But when it comes to display card, i have the NVIDIA GeForce4 440 Go, and I was wondering if the card, NVIDIA Quadro4 700 Go GL GPU, would work with the same game requirments as Matrix and with my laptop.  If this is all so, does anyone know where I could buy or order this card at?  Thanks in advance.
