Diagnostics Utilities Fatal Error

Question

after burning the files downloaded from dell website, i boot from the CD and when i try to run 'delldiag' the system gives me 'TNT.10013' error that has something to do with insufficient memory.....it least thats what it says on the screen. any ideas? i need to run this utility in order to test my speakers.
