Bios update 8600a13 unable to delete installation files

Question

Last night I upgraded my 8600 with the new flash update 8600a13.  I installed it to my desktop than ran it.  Now when I try to delete the file I downloaded I receive the error message saying I am unable to delete the file because it is in use by another program.  I startedthe computer in safe mode and it is still being used by another program.  How di I delete the installation file?  I also tried downloading again and reinstalling.    Any help would be appreciated.  Sam
