Error message 004-332 with 3100cn

Question

We are setting up our printer. Dell 3100cn. The tray module is installed. Toners, drum and paper have been installed. We try to print a test page. The paper goes out of the tray and stops in the rear door when the following error code occurs on the display : 004-332. What is this message ? Thank you for your help.

Hello,   I had the exact same problem. I took all of the toner cartridges out ( all 4) and then reseated them 1 at a time , and after reboot it worked fine. ????   LovelyHurling
