I am having these same problems, Dell is no help at all, everything they do makes it worse, my laptop is 4 months old and they have had to replace my motherboard twice.
oh yeah FINALLY dell replaced my laptop because it would no longer boot up.. they said since i've had so many service calls they could finaly replace it... and they sent me a refurbished one but i still have the same warranty so i don't care much that its refurbished.
