Click on any anti virus link and google pops up???

Question

Ive got a full year of anti virus from McAfee and it says it is out of date.  When i click on update, it says there are no new updates.  When i try to go to Mcafee's website, all i get is a google message saying the url is not found on the server.  I tried Norton's website and the same message appears.  It seems whenever i try to go to any link dealing with anti virus, i get this google thing for some reason while when i enter any other adress it works fine.  I think this is also whats keeping my Mcafee from updating and since it wont detect any virus i dont know where to begin.  Any ideas? Has anyone had this Happen?

I would be guessing, but it sounds like a hosts file problem.  If you are not up on hosts files the I would suggest the you go to the HiJackThis form and folllow their procedure to post a HiJackThis log there.

installed and ran everything. There was alot of stuff to be deleted and after i did all that i went ahead and restarted and it still did not work.  I sent a log to the HJT thread.  Thanks for the help
