You can take a look at this site under video cards and see ur options under or around 200. Personally i would go for a geforce 6600 GT OC but thats just me. Hope it helps. (by the way, make sure it's AGP card)
Since the Radeon X850 cards start at just under $400, your stated $200 budget won't get you close to one. In that price range, I'd recommend the Geforce 6600 GT. Here's a good one at a good price:
