Reseat everything removeable (RAM, battery, drives, cards) and try again. If the system still won't boot, hopefully you're still under warranty, because a major repair is in the near future. Call Dell.

I mailed Dell Customer Support the warranty does not expire for another 2 months, they said they would send some one over to check on the machine, thanks for ur help!

Don't wait for that. Call Dell right away and start a trouble report before the 2 months are up. Get a firm date for the repairman or at least verify it's actually scheduled. Did you get a Service Call reference number?

the prob is with the processor or the motherboard becoz my brother used the machine for 3 months before he gave it to me, i checked up with him he said this had happened to him to and they[Dell] replaced the processor the last time, the problem is cozed by over heating i guess due to dust in heat sink.

My Machine is Fixed, they[Dell] had to replace the motherboard now its working nice! they replaced it with a new one for free as my machine had 1 yr warranty
