Although they may be in sealed boxes and NEVER opened Dell does NOT consider them NEW. They where probably bought by a big company and then they realized they didn't need that many and are now dumping them.
Dell never has computers premade and then let them sit around. Each Dell notebook and desktop is made by order, they do not stock whole units. So the only way for this seller to have them is someone order them. That make them USED no matter whether box is sealed or NOT.

In case it's not covered under warranty, which one of these part numbers will include all the pieces i would need to fix it?

For one thing you can NOT buy a "NEW" Dell notebook from anyone/anyplace on eBay. The only place to BUY a NEW Dell notebook is FROM Dell.
