you are out of luck, the intergrated video is on the motherboard and can't be upgraded at all, you can never buy a card from best buy to put in a laptop, it has to come from dell.
It sounds very much like you have an integrated videocard on your motherboard.
If indeed that is the case then there is no upgrade path for you as the only separate videocard that Dell offers for that model, at present is the ATI x300 one and it requires that your motherboard have a PCI-e slot for the videocard. A motherboard with integrated video does not have a PCI-e slot.

by the way.. I have Dell standard Video card which only has 8Mb of ram for video card..
